Susan Ray, Teacher

This is Mrs. Ray’s fourth year as a pre-kindergarten teacher at RDS. After being out for a period of time, she returned to RDS as a substitute during the 2017-2018 school year, and enjoyed being able to be in each class. She is excited to again be teaching pre-kindergarten!

Mrs. Ray was raised in the beautiful desert of southern New Mexico. She received her BS in elementary education at New Mexico State University and is a certified teacher. She and her husband, David have lived in the Dallas area for 33 years. They have three grown children.

Mrs. Ray is a member at Redeemer Presbyterian Church where she is active in teaching Sunday school and in the church’s ESL program. She and her husband enjoy camping, reading, and reading while camping!

Lori Bajema, Teacher

Mrs. Bajema has been a member at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and active in volunteering at RDS for the past 6 years since she and her husband, Bob, moved back to Allen, TX to be closer to family.  Lori and Bob have four adult children (3 are married), 2 grandchildren, and hopes for many more in the years ahead!

Upon graduating from college with a teaching degree, Lori received an offer to join IBM as a Systems Engineer which in turn led to a 35+ year sales career path in various High Tech companies.  Several years ago, Lori officially retired and is excited to return to her love of teaching as she pursues her “second career” as a RDS teacher.  Lori enjoys all types of arts and crafts, so you will frequently find her actively engaged with adult and children’s crafting projects at Redeemer!  She is also an avid baker, loves animals and feels blessed to have 15 family members now living in the Dallas area!

Elizabeth Bowland, Teacher

Mrs. Bowland began as a parent at Redeemer Day School, and she is now a teacher in the Pre-K room.  She and her husband, Andy, have three sons and live in McKinney.  The Bowland family has an active membership at Christ Fellowship Church in McKinney.

Mrs. Bowland’s favorite Bible verse is:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phillippians 4:13.

Liz is excited to work in a Christ-centered environment and to have the ability to help deepen the seeds of faith that are growing in children.  She wants her students to know their value to their Heavenly Father and how they can always rely on Him.

Mrs. Bowland loves to travel and be outdoors with her family.  They spend many hours camping, swimming, and checking out every park/splash pad in Collin County.  Liz also enjoys photography and reading all types of literature…especially children’s books.

Andreza Brandimarti, Teaching Assistant

Mrs. Brandimarti started at RDS as a parent in 2016 and is now excited to be part of the team and working in the 3 year old room!

Andreza, her husband Ricardo, and their son Luca moved to McKinney, TX from New Jersey in the summer of 2015.  Andreza was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a big and multicultural city. She was raised in a Christian family.  Before moving to the USA in 2010, Andreza had a career in Sales.  Before college she worked with toddlers in a childcare facility in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Andreza is fluente in Portuguese and took Developmental Psychology and Social Psychology classes at Princeton University in 2011 as an auditing student.

You can find Andreza spending time with her family during her free time.  They love exploring new places and restaurants and going to Dallas to enjoy the city environment. Andreza also loves to read, cooking, movies and fashion.

Jennifer Morse, Teaching Assistant

Mrs. Morse joined RDS as a parent in 2015 and has been working in Pre-K since the beginning of 2017. Jen, her husband Chris, and their 2 girls moved to Allen, TX from Massachusetts in the fall of 2014.  Jen was born and raised in Hopkinton, MA, a small town where the Boston Marathon starts.  Before moving to Texas, Jen had a career in Human Resources.  While in college she worked with infants through pre-K children in a childcare facility followed by teaching Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism.  Jen and her family consider themselves life long New Englanders living in Texas!

You can find Jen spending time with her family during her free time.  They love exploring and making new memories together here in Texas.  Jen also loves to read, including reading with her two girls, baking, and all things coffee.

Carolyn Nicketta, Teaching Assistant

Carolyn Nicketta started at RDS as a parent in 2014 and she excitedly joined the staff in 2017 working with Mrs. Sands and Mrs. Ashley.

Carolyn, her husband Michael, and her four children moved to McKinney, TX in 2013.  Carolyn was at home with her four children prior to joining the RDS staff.  Prior to her children being born, Carolyn was a 3rd grade teacher for 3 years and then taught a 1st/2nd grade class for 4 years.  Carolyn is very excited to help enrich the children’s love of god.  She attends church in Mckinney.

In her free time Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.  Her family loves to camp, ride bikes, swim, hike and anything else outdoors.  She also likes to read and bake.
